Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are charged separately from medication costs where applicable. Payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or for providing a safe delivery location. We cannot accept liability for medications that are lost, damaged, or stored inappropriately after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via our website.
Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and regulatory requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order is declined by our prescriber, any medication cost charged will be refunded. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
